Captivating tapestry hand-woven from the finest lamb wool in the family workshop of Cerapio Vallejo. Features an original design with butterfly, bird and flower motifs reminiscent of ancient Peruvian cultures. The many shades of color in this piece are created by skillfully mixing natural dyes extracted from diverse plants. The smooth weave and fine detail are a testament to the care and patience employed by the artisans in crafting all their works.

Perched on twin branches, blue eyed toucans chat cheerfully. Nilda Amaro depicts the sleek black birds in their Peruvian habitat. With a lightweight, spongy bill larger than the bird itself, the toucan is a colorful resident of the rainforest. Amaro creates the beautiful images in a handloomed wool tapestry.
